2012 Summer Rates (Valid 23rd July until 28th September 2012)
- All rates are per person, based on 2 adults sharing a double room, and include V.A.T.
- Children staying in parents' room as a third or fourth person are charged at £15 per day (B&B). There are no charges for babies or cots. Dinner for children aged under 14 is £9 (For adults and those aged 14 and over it is worked out as £25 for the first day, £23 for the second day, then £20 for each day thereafter). - Single occupancy of a particular room for B&B is charged at double the "per person" rate minus £20 per night, except for "Standard" rooms which have their own special rate (right hand side of the grid). See above for how "Dinner B&B" is worked out.
- Dogs are welcome in some of the "Standard", "Larger" and "Superior" rooms set aside only for guests with dogs - by prior arrangement (£5 per day charge). Please bring their own bedding and keep them on leads in the grounds. Unfortunately dogs are not allowed in the lounge or restaurant.
- Check-in is from 2:00. Rooms must be vacated by 10:30 a.m. on the day of departure.
- We require a £30 per person deposit to secure all bookings (£15 per child).
- Please see the grids below for the rates in this period. For example, if there were 2 of you staying for 3 nights (Fri, Sat, Sun) in a Standard double room the total price per person would be (£130+£50) £180 total per person for B&B.
- There is normally a minimum stay of 2 nights if staying over a Saturday night in this period, or Sunday 28th August - these days are marked with a yellow background on the availability chart.
